Can I use your address as my business address without signing up for mail if I’m not going to be receiving mail?
No, you need to sign up for mail/virtual office monthly in order to use our address as your business address (for websites, online profiles, insurance companies etc).
Is there someone to sign for packages?
No, packages are not accepted at this address, envelopes only.
What is the address?
The address is 26 Court Street, Suite 409, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
How and when do I pick up the mail?
You can pick up your mail 7 days a week from 7AM-10PM.
Where is the mail kept?
The mail is kept in a secure, locked closet, which you will get the code for once you sign up.
Can you forward mail?
Yes, for an additional $40 per month you can get your mail forwarded 1x month to a U.S. address. You can also choose the $25/month membership and get your mail forwarded upon request for $45 each time.
What payments are accepted?
Your credit card will be charged monthly and the rate will be prorated if you sign up in the middle of the month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You must first change your address with UPS, and remove the address from anywhere online, including online therapy profiles, your website etc. and then at the next billing cycle your membership can be canceled. You must pick up all of your mail before you cancel membership. We are not responsible for your mail if it is left there and you no longer have a mail membership with us. You can request cancelation in the members portal or by emailing us before the 15th of the month.
How do I get started?
After you sign up for one of the memberships, you can email us and we will send you detailed instructions.
How long can I leave mail in the office?
We do not have an official time limit, but if your mail is starting to pile up and you don’t have the monthly forwarding plan, we will email you to either pick up your mail or to see if you want it forwarded. If you no longer have a membership we are not responsible for mail left in the office.
