To reserve time, go here to download the Brooklyn Hourly Offices app and follow the instructions from there.

A private office rental is $25.50/hr for members and $30/hr for non-members.

We need at least 48 hours notice to cancel and for you to receive an account credit. We suggest that you take this information into account when setting your own cancellation policy.

When you book a session, you will be asked for your credit card information. You will be billed at the time that you create your booking, and it will be prorated for the current month. Subsequent membership fees will be charged on the first of every month, on the credit card provided when you signed up. If you cancel a booking prior to 48 hours before the booking start time, you will receive a credit to be used for future bookings.

We offer filtered hot and cold water, Wi-Fi, tissues, and light cleaning supplies. The offices are built to provide privacy and noise filtration. There are bathrooms (including all gender) available for users and their guests.

You can create a “recurring booking” in the app by clicking More options after selecting the day, time, and office. Then click Repeat to set how often you’d like the booking to recur. You will be charged right away for the first booking in the series, and then on the day of each recurring booking subsequently.

Yes! When you join as a member, you get 16% of off every booking you make plus the ability to create a member profile and interact with our community both online and in-person. Also, if you refer a friend and they rent space, each of you gets a free hour so please email us when that happens!

Locked file box storage is included with the $50/month membership plan. Storing items in the individual offices is not permitted, and BHO is not responsible for any items left behind.

In order to receive mail* at the Brooklyn Hourly Offices suite, or to use our location as your own professional address (for billing, websites, profiles, etc.), you can either sign up for a Virtual Mailbox plan or choose a BHO membership plan that includes this service.

Yes, please create a login first here and email us at [email protected] with: 2 good days and times for you to come and see the offices (off peak on weekdays before 4 pm or on weekends is preferable) AND the office you are most interested in seeing (1, 2, or 3). Office descriptions can be found here.

The minimum booking time is 1 hour. Once you have booked the initial hour, you can book in pro-rated 15 minute increments. We highly recommend booking an extra 15 minutes at either end of your reservation to allow for time to settle in and to straighten up at the end.

The front door of the suite is kept unlocked during business hours. In order to open your office door, you must have our app “Brooklyn Hourly Offices” installed. On the top right hand of the screen, tap on Unlock doors and you will see your office door there. As a reminder, please do not attempt to unlock the door or open the door prior to the exact time of your booking.

Yes, all users must download the app “Brooklyn Hourly Offices” in order to access the offices.
